Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on orders over $49*

 

Performance Sailing Supply offers Free Shipping on most orders to the continental United States over $49.00. In general, if your order is $49.00 or more and can fit in a UPS truck, we will ship it for free! We use the US Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the order, to offer you a free shipping option. Our daily shipping cut off is 1 pm Central Standard Time. Orders placed after 1 pm will ship the following business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy: We always want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make at Performance Sailing Supply. If you are not; we will do our best to make things right. 

 

Return Policy:

  • Only new and unused products may be returned* 

  • Items must be in original packaging with tags and labels still intact

  • Discontinued or sale rack products may be returned for up to 30 days.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

  • Products purchased during our Warehouse Sale are normally discontinued items and are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Products returned within 30 days  will be refunded on the original order using the original payment method.  Products returned after 30 days will be issued store credit for the purchase price.  Products returned when the original transaction cannot be positively identified will be credited for the lower of:

    • The tagged price on the returned product

    • The tagged price of the same product at Performance Sailing Supply

    • The current promotional or sale price at Performance Sailing Supply

  • Products may not be returned or exchanged to take advantage of sales, promotions or other discounts offered more than 30 days after purchase

  • Special order items (items we do not stock) returned within 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

  • The customer is responsible for returning/shipping items unless the wrong item was sent.

  • Returns and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the products

All returns and exchanges will need to be sent to Performance Sailing Supply, via an insured and trackable method, to the following address:

Simply fill out the form (printed on the back of your original invoice) and send back the item(s) that you would like to exchange; we'll process your exchange within 2-5 business days of it being received. Any difference will be refunded to the credit card originally used for the purchase.

Additional Notes for Returns/Exchanges

Before you use your new product(s), please take a moment to be sure you have the right fit. Test new apparel/footwear in a clean, indoor area with the under and over layers you intend to wear. Go through the full range of motions, postures, and functions you intend to subject each item to. Do not install or use items until you are satisfied they are correct and appropriate for their intended use. 

 

*New/Unused Condition

All products for return or exchange must be in new, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • ‘New’ means that products must be unaltered, unwashed, clean, not blemished, not stained, not scratched, and not scuffed – no sign that indicates that it may not be new. 

  • ‘Unused’ means that it has never been put into service, has not be exposed to the elements, and has no signs of use whatsoever – no sign that it may have been used.  

  • ‘New and unused’ means that that a product is indistinguishable in all ways from the exact same product taken from our inventory. Product still maintains its original packaging and all tags and labels intact.

Product Defects and Warranty Claims

If you find that a product is defective or that a failure should be covered by the product's warranty, we are happy to assist you in placing a claim with the manufacturer. Please contact us before returning your items. Some manufacturers prefer to deal with end-users directly and we can advise you on how to proceed. If you have used the product, please be sure that it is dry and clean as many original vendors will not accept dirty equipment or used garments for warranty or repair.
